Default How much water do you drink per day?

Considering the fact that our bodies are composed of 80% water, our bodies need plenty of water to function properly. Water also helps with weight loss because it boosts metabolism. I drink at least 100 ounces per day on most days.

I have never been good at keeping a count of how much water I drink per day. I always drink bottle water and I have at least 5 - 6 of those per day. I don't know what that would add up to. I do know my skin and hair is much healthier once I made the decision a few years ago to increase my intake of water. Actually, water is all I drink. Once a week, I'll have a cup of diet cranberry juice for dinner and that's it.

I try to have at least one bottle a day. I get those 35pk Kirkland cases of water from Costco on Thursday. I don't think you need 32 gallons of water to survive.

At the moment, I drink around 1.5 litres per day. I know that this isn't ideal, but I am trying to build it up at the moment. Profit5500 - I get the same water as you! I open one new bottle each day, and refill that a few times from the tap on the same day. So a crate of that lasts me from just over a month which is great.

Since building up the amount of water that I drink, I do feel a lot healthier, so I am looking forward to seeing how much more I can improve things!

I try to drink at least one bottle of stilled water every day. It has happened to me a lot of times to feel nauseous, only to find out it's because i had forgiven to drink enough water.

I drink about 5 gallons a week. I drink out of a 5 gallon water cooler, so it is exactly that amount.

Default Water Mania!

I drink water so much that you might wonder if I'm swimming in it! Just kidding, but I really do love water! Although water does not naturally possess any taste , I find it to be the most refreshing beverage that exists . When it graces my palate, I feel like a parched plant that has just been kissed by a shower of rain. I drink between two and three glasses of water in each "water-drinking session", and then I'm satisfied! Sometimes it's more glasses that I "down", but the thing is, I know that I'm doing something that's great for my body. It flushes my system so well, encourages great bowel movements, and allows me to digest my food well.
I really do not like doing without water that much, and in those unfortunate moments where I haven't been able to access my good ole supply of water, I have felt so "dry", and "out of sorts". I've felt as though I wouldn't be able to complete the next task, so I'm going to continue drinking my fair share of water (not overdoing it), but enjoying every sip.

I drink around 8 pints of tea, 2 cups of green tea and between 4-5 litres of water a day, during the winter, during the summer or if actaully doing anything I drink more.

I've never been a water drinking type of person, but it is needed to live a healthy life. I now tend to drink 1 or 2 cups per day. It's hard choking something that has no taste.
