I tend to do about 50 per session. Then I'll do decline 50 decline push ups, followed by 50 regular. I don't do them as much as I use to because I train with weights. They're a great addition to any workout though.

I don't do 'em... honestly.

Too many pressure on my wrist and shoulders, for very little additional benefit.

I think they're fine for lighter guys. But after you hit the 200-250 range (depending on your height), they're pretty brutal.
