I've continued to feel like crap but finally made it back to the gym today and hit back and bi's. I shortened the time between sets as I found I've been spending too much time in the gym.

Close grip pulldowns:

120lbs x 10
140lbs x 10
160lbs x 8
180lbs x 4
200lbs x 3

Standing bent over dumbbell rows:

80lb dbs x 10
90lb dbs x 10
100lb dbs x 8
110lb dbs x 3
115lb dbs x 1

Seated rows, close grip:

80lbs x 10
120lbs x 8
140lbs x 6
160lbs x 3

Standing dumbbell curls:

25lb dbs x 8
30lb dbs x 6
35lb dbs x 4

Hammer dumbbell curls:

30lb dbs x 6
35lb dbs x 4
30lb dbs x 4

Chest and tri's tomorrow.

Hit chest and tri's today... sort of. I don't know why but I just had no strength and it pissed me off and threw my focus off.

Incline dumbbell chest press:

3x warmup sets

60lb dbs x 10
70lb dbs x 9
80lb dbs x 2
75lb dbs x 3
75lb dbs x 3

Flat dumbbell chest press:

60lb dbs x 10
70lb dbs x 5
70lb dbs x 3

Seated chest press machine:

130lbs x 8
145lbs x 5
160lbs x 2

Standing tricep pulldown with rope:

20lbs x 6
20lbs x 4

I had no gas left in the tank, I don't know why and it threw off my concentration, I just couldn't get into the workout.
