Not bad. Pain is on and off but I can manage. I did feel some weakness this past week as a result, especially when it came to chest exercises so that was a bit of a worry. Hoping to see better next week while adding in more cardio and the 6 week challenge

Last gym day was June 29. Still pushing the challenge but some medical expenses have taken away from gym time.

Bp has been elevated for quite some time. It's one of those challenges I have been dealing with along with the epilepsy. For reference tho, at our first training session a few years back I had a systolic of 155. These days however if is usually between 120 and 135. Diastolic fluctuates a bit more: between 60 and 90

I actually have an appointment today to determine if I can come off the meds. But recent events suggest that may not happen.
