i am quite agree with you.. Yoga is one of the best exercise to relief stress of your body and mind .. Its very effective for weight loss

That is the beauty of yoga is the increased strength in your muscles. Then you have to be cautious of the release of flatulence since you are spreading your legs in the most compromising positions.

Yoga practice dates back for at least hundreds of years and it is really important if you do it the right way. It can have a great impact on your personality and self-image also.

I'm not sure there are too many benefits when it comes to calorie counting and weight loss, however if you're looking to improve your strength then you can definitely do this with yoga. You will also find that it can reduce your stress levels, which could in turn make it much less likely that you would want to eat comfort food, so it could improve your chances of losing weight that way. It is definitely worth giving it a try because you might really enjoy it and find that it is something that you would like to continue with.
