Just order diet soda mate. Explain your getting back in shape . Talk to her about your goals your plan. It makes for conversation and honestly if she doesn't understand now what's is going to be like for you with your longterm weight goals if you get serious.

Computer crashed twice as I was logging... annoying
Thursday Workout still 30 second rest Squat 215 x 6 215 x 6 215 x 6 <--- something not right, weird pain in leg, cramps 215 x 6 215 x 6 Lying Leg Curls 170 x 6 170 x 6 180 x 6 170 x 6 170 x 6 Standing Calf Raises 270 x 25 270 x 30 270 x 30 270 x 25 Cardio 55 minutes @ 15 incline 3.5-4.2 speed avg 3. Workout Notes: Where I suffered on the workout due to tiredness, I caught a second wind with the cardio.. I should of taken a rest day, My legs were still very sore... recovery has been slow Diet Protein Shake Eggs + eggwhites Protein Powder + Almond Butter Ground Beef Patty Salad + Chicken Breast Dear Dairy Still feeling fatigue, I am 10 days away from hitting a month... and I think it's beginning to take its toll. Sleep has been off, and I am going to start taking some GABA and melatonin. Waiting for the weekend to catch up on sleep.

Started creatine today too. Diet Protein Powder + Flaxseed + psyllium Husk + chia seed ground beef patty + cheese ground beef patty + cheese ground beef patty + cheese Dear Dairy Feeling good, two decent days of sleeping and feeling like myself again. Neighbors woke me up early, so I worked out early. Going on a date on Saturday which I'm looking forward to, otherwise yesterday 2 people flaked on me that were showing a place to live. WTF? No one respects other people's time anymore, sometimes I get disappointed in humanity...then I just go try to lift heavy things and forget about it. Anyway... Checking out another very nice spot tonight...HOPEFULLY not flaked on again, if I do I'm hanging out with my friend who just got back from Galapagos anyway, so should be fun :) Yay for Friday This ends Volume, circuits here we go... *scared*

Looks good man. Still looks like diets not dialed in. If you get your diet dialed in with your vitamins bro your going to be impressive. Let's not waste any more time and money and let's get serious with this shit bro. I know coreys diets and never saw cheese on it.

I already told my new roommates about my goals and habits, etc, they were completely fine and the girl advised I tell my date the same...she said she'd find it attractive that a guy is sticking to something. Today is just cardio, going to do that later, and possibly some yoga. I got a date tonight, but I am busy packing my stuff, and deciding what the hell to bring. I have a lot of storage at work so I want some minimalist style living.

Monday
Workout I was supposed to circuit today, but the gym was packed and honestly every piece of equipment I wanted to use was taken... So I just make-shifted the workout. Cardio None Workout Notes: I am a zombie today... skipped cardio this morning... My ankle hurts, I fell off a skateboard yesterday and rolled it a little... It's not bad, but I have bad ankles so I prefer to nurse it for a few days before all the repetitive motion again. Diet Protein Powder + Flaxseed + psyllium Husk + chia seed Tuna + egg + Mayo Dear Dairy So I am not mister positivity AT THIS MOMENT. But life is good... I am very tired. I went on my date # 3 on Saturday, knocked it out of the park. I had a lot of fun, so did she. We ended up going to an arcade and playing games...the atmosphere became a lot less serious and a lot more fun after dinner. Finally manned up, and went in for the kiss when she made herself a little vulnerable. Afterwards fooled around in the car. Not sure what to do for our next date, but would just prefer to hang out... we'll see, I'll probably figure it out on a better state of mind. I need to start moving today, or I can start tomorrow, I'd prefer to get it out of the way, but my body is screaming SLEEEEEEEEEEEEP

Changes I'm noticing...
face has slimmed down a lot, you'll see in the photo, its still not where I'd like it to be but it'll get there... Abs are showing some definition, especially when flexed, hopefully the skin starts to stick to the tissue underneath once the fat is gone. See some veins in my calves now, quads showing a split, ass is bigger and looks better. Arms bigger and shoulders slowly beginning to pop My overall well being is much better, I am starting to be proud of myself and where I am at. No longer beating myself up for being "behind" where I could of been... I am here and now, I'm giving it my all. Laying off of cardio, so considering dropping a meal a day to compensate this week. Refeed yesterday, nice to feel the muscles full today.

Thrusday
Workout Closed Grip Bench 155 lbs DB curls 45 lbs High Foot Pushups 15 x 3 Leg Press 630 lbs x 8 Calf Raises 630 lbs (on leg press machine x3 Decline Situps - very slow Planks @ 45 seconds Side Dips w/ 45 lbs Cardio none, moving Workout Notes: Workout felt good, I skipped cardio since I had to finish packing stuff. I honestly did 2 hours of cardio if you count hauling a trailer full of shit by myself up 3 flights of stairs Diet Protein Powder + Flaxseed + psyllium Husk + chia seed + Oats Egg Whites + Turkey Breast Egg Whites + Turkey Breast Dear Dairy Starting to feel good and feeling my confidence go up. I am still a ways away from my goal, but I am making progress and strength gains. I am honestly getting outlifted by A LOT of people when I look around, but at least I look like I lift twice as much as them :) Lastly, going on date #4 tomorrow... we're making a fire on the beach, watching the sunset, going to roast meat over the fire, bring her wine, but none for me since I'm driving and got my goals! ![]() I am all over the place right now due to the move, and will be in a new gym so we'll see how I adjust. Apparently the MO of the new gym is hot 21-30 year old girls
