Hey mate, hitting it hard, but with the move, I haven't had a chance to log. Still eating well too.
I have a lot of pain in my upper right back, and I'm going for a massage, hopefully that will help it. I've been stretching, foam rolling, jacuzzi, and had a few water pressure massages. I am adjusting to living in a new place, I have been moving stuff every evening, and things have been going very well with this girl. This morning I took a rest day... I really needed it. I stretched yesterday morning, Then last night I lifted...racquetball, swim, and steam room.

Thanks for checking in Bobby... means a lot. I will try to log what I have been doing. The only issue with the diet because of the move is under-eating.

Workout Shoulder Press DB 80 x 8 80 x 8 80 x 8 80 x 8 Super Set of Later Raise and Front Raise 40 x 8 40 x 8 37.5 x 8 37.5 x 8 37.5 x 8 37.5 x 8 37.5 x 8 37.5 x 8 Cable Pulldown 120 x 10 (this is the machine with the belt...feels much heavier than the cable pulley machine) 120 x 10 120 x 10 120 x 10 <--- abs are burning Bent Over DB Flies Superset with DB Shrugs 17.5 x 12 125 x 10 17.5 x 12 125 x 10 17.5 x 12 125 x 10 17.5 x 12 125 x 10 Cardio 45 minutes on Bike Workout Notes: Strength is coming in very hot. A lot of veins popping out, and been taking my NO Supplement for about a week and a half now. I can go higher on shoulder press, but need a lift up, 85, I struggle kicking it up. Diet Protein Powder + Chia Seed Egg + Bacon MeatLoaf Turkey Breast + Veggies Protein Shake + Almond butter Dear Dairy I am moved into my new place... my date #4 was great. Quoting my date... "wow, that was unexpected" We had some very hot sex right next to the fire, then went to her place for more. She's coming over tonight, and I'm looking forward to it. At first I was all about "fun" and whatever, but I am starting to like this girl... we'll see... one day at a time My new gym is smaller, but it's two blocks off the beach. The demographic went from me being the youngest at 28, and average age being roughly 40 to me being middle aged, with average age at 25. A lot of hot fit girls... even in the morning. I am now one of the stronger ones at this gym, a lot of glamour muscle lifting, and hardly anyone squats... I think I will like this. Lastly...I am applying to schools right now, and currently having a minor change of heart. Doesn't mean I will change everything, but I think my curse is having a lot of options. I am really enjoying and loving life here, maybe I shouldn't leave?? I will be applying to schools locally as well as online in the US... we'll see what happens.

If I'm being honest with ya big k it seems like your still a little lost. Lifting racket ball and swimming seems like a lot for one night. I always been following your log from day one and I don't see a consistent workout from week to week. Maybe that's planned to confuse muscles. By consistent I mean same workout from week to week Any who your back in the game at least. Let's see some updated pics. |

Thursday
Legs Workout I only did two exercises for this leg workout, simply because my Abs cramped so bad that I got scared it would become worse and I stopped during leg extensions Hack Squat - This is a new Hoist machine... with the platform looking like half of a skating halfpipe, it's not on a slide...it pivots... perhaps easier to move more weight And so it begins...feeling her out. Mind you, I did a max of 230lbs on hack squat last time... so I wanted to see how this machine works 90 x 15 <--- 4 girls on squat racks in front of me... nice 180 x 12 <-- figuring out leg positions 270 x 10 <-- feels like I can do more 360 x 8 <--- good music...in the zone... fuck it, let's see what I can do 450 x 8 540 x 7 <--- need all 45 lbs plates aisle 1 please 630 x 5 <-- wow... knee felt a little funny, decide to stop increasing 630 x 5 630 x 3<-- breathing very very hard, minorily dizzy, I want 700 next time. Bunch of top heavy guys in the gym with chicken legs...feeling satisfied 90 second rest after the hack squat Leg Extension 295 x 13 (max on machine) --- slow negatives 295 x 10 295 x 10 190 x 5 (1 leg x both legs) 295 x 8 - still slow negatives 295 x 7 <---- extreme lower ab cramp on the left side.... I thought it wouldn't stop...panic for a second, massage it really hard, and get out of the machine... a minute later I try to sit down on the machine, and feel the cramp coming back, so I call it a night Cardio Recumbent bike due to Ab Cramp 30 minutes @ 14 resistance Workout Notes: This wasn't in any template, I just felt like I wanted to see what I could do... I would of done more, but I played it safe with the cramping... it was a long day, with plenty of water, but maybe some kind of mineral imbalance. Diet Protein Shake Chicken + Lettuce Chicken + Lettuce Chicken + Lettuce Chicken Wrap Protein Shake Dear Dairy Proud of my diet, it's getting better, it was kind of boring but whatever. I was tired and still muscled out an evening workout... I can't wait for tomorrow... Saturday... I'm going to sleep in and just ravage the gym when I wake up. I know I flip flopped days, but hmmmmm do I just swallow my Ego and continue initiating the girl with the great sex, or do I make her come to me??? Decisions...life is good right now regardless
