Default Science Teacher Gets Surprising Results From McDonald's Diet

Nearly 40 pounds lighter with lower cholesterol after his unusual experiment, John Cisna says the big lesson certainly is not to eat more McDonald's food, but rather the benefits of closely monitoring your caloric intake.

Like in the scathing 2004 fast-food documentary "Super-Size Me," Cisna decided to eat only from McDonald's. Three of his Iowa high school science students helped track strict limitations - namely a total daily intake of 2,000 calories. One admits he thought the idea "sounded kind of crazy" before they started but did his part, using the online menu explorer to put together Cisna's daily meal plans.

The daily menus included all the McDonald's items, Cisna says -- including the burgers and sundaes. Cisna also started walking 45 minutes a day, improving from a rough start. Cisna insists his resulting short documentary reveals "it's our choices that make us fat. Not McDonald's."

Smh.

Pretty sure Joe Average won't read/watch the entire thing... Just skim and feel guilt-free about living on McDonalds.

That is so true. I lost almost 60 pounds and I ate a lot of the foods I was having before but only in moderation. I counted calories and stayed under my daily intake and worked out and lost the weight.
