Default I will be great.

Hey guys.
I'll be running an 8weeks cycle. I know this is a non steroid forum so I wont be discussing the compounds. I would however like to document the results.

Diet is going to be minimal carb. Around 100g a day. only at breakfast and post workout.

Breakfast- 1/2cup oats 5-6 egg whites and a scoop of protein. vit c, multi vit, 3g fish oil, fiber supplement.

Snack. 1/2 cup of walnuts or cashews 2 scoops whey in water and 2tbsp double cream.

Lunch- 8-10oz chicken dark meat. multi vit. 3g fish oil.

Pre workout- 300mg caffeine.

Post workout. shake with 1tbsp honey.

dinner- 10-12 oz of steak. Psylium husk, vit c and 3g fish oil.

Shake with cream and 1tbsp peanut butter or 4-5 eggs.


I'll be training 6days a week. 4 weight training bp split. One day of sprints and one day Of circuits with bulgarian bag.

Your opiniona on the diet would be great as i'm still very much carb phobic. and although i've not been 'cutting' the past few weeks the mindset of carbs = the devil is still there.

i should add i would be planning in doing a re-feed of about 300g carbs every 5-7 days depensing on whether i feel i need it or not

ur protein is high i suggest add more carbs mate. i mean slowly introuduce them i know where ur coming from im the same

but u need more cals. way i see it is

1. add more carbs
or
2. add more fats.

to increase the cals.

In breakfast i'll add some simple sugars to the pancakes honey and throw in some blueberries. And i'll add a bag of basmati rice with lunch.

Over the course of 8 weeks i'll up kcal as we go along. this is before i've added the rice during lunch. Ideally the ratios would be pro/fat/carb 50/25/25 but i don't want to jump straight into that and would rather build up to that number. Adding another 500kcal from carbs would make it roughly around there. so that's the goal. less carb phobic.
