Default Bent over dumbell rows

BENT OVER DUMBELL ROWS


Purpose

To build mass in the back

Execution Technique

You will need the use of a bench and a heavy Dumbell

STEPS

Place the Dumbell next to a flat bench

Place your left knee at the bottom of the bench and your left hand further up the bench so you are in a bent over position

With your right hand take the Dumbell and raise it to your abdominal area

Squeeze at the top of the movement

Slowly lower the Dumbell back down and let it hang stretching your back

POINTS TO REMEMBER

remember to breath correctly
