Default Time off

Ive been pushing myself fairly hard for some time now. 4-6 day weeks at ze gym.

well 4-56 days working out.

One or two days i may go on extended walks or runs.

Im feeling a little worn, though im looking sexier.

Would it be detrimental to cut back or take a few days off or is this feeling just transitory?

A few of my mates who compete actually take a whole week off every 8 weeks to give their body a rest...dunno wether it's optimal or not bit Corey should know more

I would think the hours of walking/running you did in the months leading up to now are playing a heavy role in your fatigue. The rest of your routine wasn't adjusted to accommodate that.

So, yea, taking a week or two off (while keeping your diet very tight) may be exactly what you need right now.
