Default Do you eat breakfast before a workout?

Breakfast is a very important meal to have everyday. Do you workout without eating a breakfast meal? How would you go about working out without eating breakfast?

I always make sure that I have had something small, like a banana, before I leave the house to do a workout. I have my food and will then go to get dressed, and by the time I'm ready to go out the energy levels have kicked in a little bit, meaning I'm ready to run. I don't like having a heavy meal before I go out, but also wouldn't want to go out with nothing because I might not have enough energy to do as much as I needed. So I always go for something small and fast, and it tends to work for me!

You don't want to eat a big meal before doing any strenuous exercise. Trying working out your abdominals after a big meal. Can't do it. Something light and a energy drink will do.

I definitely have a meal before I do my exercise. I have been without breakfast and other meals prior to getting into a full, intense workout. However, I don't think that that practice "agreed with me" at all. I felt weak, almost faint, and unable to accomplish even half of the same amount, or give the same effort that I was usually able to, on a full/satisfied stomach.
I tried--mind you--but just couldn't . I felt exhausted far more easily than I would have when I had eaten something that gave the right energy I usually like a balance of a breakfast with protein, fruits, and calcium via a milky drink . I am honestly comfortable with integrating this kind of healthy breakfast into my workout routine, as I also feel that I'm giving my body, my metabolism a good foundation to work with. I think that if there's no food involved before I workout, not only will I feel exhausted, but I am going to risk the possibility of my body not knowing what else to use as an energy source, and then feeding on my muscle tissue! I don't want that.
So, breakfast it is!

Generally, yes I do eat breakfast before I workout, I would suggest to anyone that knows or thinks that they are not strong enough to survive on a hungry stomach when planning to do really strenuous activities, to have something easily digestible before a workout. I recommend fruits, it seems to me that not eating before a workout corresponds with weigh lost techniques while eating before a workout correspond with toning or body building. So, in conclusion, eating or not eating before a workout doesn't seem to be such a bad thing, it just serves for giving you good results for what you are desirous of achieving; whether it be a slimmer looking body or a more toned physique.

Eating a big breakfast before your workout is just asking for regurgitation during the workout. I would just have maybe a Gatorade and a powerbar. If you are doing situps and you ate a hot breakfast you would end up puking that food out.

I usually work out in a fasted state. Personally, I feel better and train better in that manner.

No, I don't eat breakfast before my workout.
I take only fresh fruits juice or protein shake before the workout to boost my energy level for the workout. I take my breakfast half hour later of my workout.

No, I don't take heavy mill before workout because digestion will interfere in my workout session. To make sure I have the energy, I usually eat some fruits like banana. I also take some amount of fruit juice as they are perfect energy giving drinks for workout. I believe in the fact that taking heavy mill before workout is not a good habit.
