I have recently did the lyle mcdonald UD2 workout regimen for almost 12 weeks! down to about 14%..i wont to run mantenance for a few weeks now..how many sets per major muscle groups and minor muscle groupls? 8-12 for major? 4-6 minor? also should i still do whole body workouts? high volume low volume? looking to change things up a bit i wanna lift 3-4 days a week! whats your guys training slipt? its alot easier when you walk into the gym and have a PLAN!!!! any advice would be helpful THANKS

Also '3-4' days doesn't tell us much. Will it be every other day lifting? 2 days on, 1 day off etc? Give us more info bro. btw: Congrats on what you've achieved thus far :) |

goal to add mass!!! as far as experience i've been lifting for about year and half with poor diet! recently started diet i have seen better gains in a few months than in a year and thats no joke!!! nark schedule gets a little messed up having kids etc mainly mon wed fri sun...sun prob cardio! just looking for a differnet spilt as before i was doing full body workout (about 12 weeks)...
also reason i wont to add mass is at 14%bf at 175 i feel so dam small!!! let me now what you guys think |

Sets and reps all depend on the person. What works for you might not work for me. It's really all about trial and error. The only body part for me that gets more sets and reps are the legs. I respond better to high volume.
