9 years ago... I published this forum.

My only goal?

To provide a place where the community could focus on diet primarily, and training secondarily.

So many other boards were caught up with supplements and steroids, and personally I wanted to get away from all that... to the REAL root of the matter: the real factors that actually determine whether you succeed or fail.

I wanted a community... a real community, of my countrymen and peers the world over... everybody helping each other; supporting.

We built that.

We've helped many people, and made beautiful friends... some of whom are no longer with us: Tom Kojec (t-gunz) RIP; David Lowe (mavsluva) RIP.

Most importantly though, we've made someplace that we can call home. And, I thank you guys for that.

At the end of our first year, we had 22,515 Posts, 2,631 Topics, and a mere 339 Registered Members.

A year later, we had more than doubled our posts and threads.

Today? Today we've had: 157,065 posts, 16,366 threads, and 5,473 members... more transformations than I can count.

We've had members from all over the world visiting Barbados to hang and/or train with my team.

It's been a beautiful journey.

Thank you for your part in that.

It is really nice with a place that is not focused on AAS, those discussions grow rather boring pretty quickly.

Still, I opened an HRT forum here for those guys.
No real traffic though
