One trick that always worked very well for me when improving my bench was to focus on the close grip stuff. Hammer the close grip bench(especially with bands if you got that). When I got my close grip bench and floor press to 150kg two years ago doing 150kg in regular bench felt like childs play. It's friendlier on the shoulders as well.

To bad I can not even dream of putting up 150kg in the cg bench anymore, haven't benched seriously for a year.

Hmmm currently my goal would be around 200lbs and <8% BF. Right now Im around 195lbs and 10-11%. Im going to aim before new years and I can do it if my digestive system doesn't keep acting

Actually I think at 200lbs, 8% Id be very close to having a "BB" look and I dont want that personally but Id say somewhere around that is what Im aiming for. Also Im tall so those arent very large numbers for my height.

personally if you go hard you can get to your goals before new years

Tried digestion enzymes and hydrochloric acid supplements mate? They make a really big difference.

My current goal is to put on muscle mass. I'm already naturally cut but I want to be bigger. I've up'd my calories, protein, and carbs. Also, continuing to lift heavy and be consistent.
