Thumbs up Nark- exercises that help with imbalances?

Hey c as I seem to be getting better and more mobile I was wonder if u could link me to some exercises for the body to help with imbalances. I assume everyone has imbalances??

I got a foam roller and a stretchy rope material

Want some very light work I can do. I'll be incorporating walking very soon as well after Monday when I see the professor

Any YouTube links be handy

disc has seemed to be improving immensely. i assume that healed a while ago but the cancer on the spine was causing issue.

so im going to say more so posutre

You'd be best off going to see a chiro or some local professional. Despite narks wealth of knowledge, it's difficult to judge this kind of thing without being face to face.

Or just book a ticket to barbados.

Bad posture can be caused by too much pressing and not enough pulling! The rear deltoids are often neglected as well.

I had posture problems years ago, my back was rounded and I suffered from back ache when I stood for longer than 15 minutes, not good. I'm sure I solved my back ache with the deadlift, I haven't had any back ache since I started deadlifting PROPERLY. My brother had a similar experience, his back problem was more serious but he has strengthened his back with the deadlift.

Dumbbells are good for preventing imbalances between your left and right side.
