Well I think all benefits of green tea you already explained, so I don't know what I write here...But I like the most good thing about the green which is you don't get addicted to this.. I mean if we drink regularly and one day you miss to take a cup of green tea you don't have headache at that day.

Green tea have a lot carotenoids, tocopherols and other factors which are valuable for human body. It decrease our fat which make problem and over weight. This is best for stomach and improve the digestive function. It has a lot of advantages.

Since I drink green tea mainly for my skin -- I post the benefits for physical health. They include:

Can be used as a mask. After brewing a cup of green tea, take the tea bag and empty it's contents into a bowl. Add some honey to make a paste. Apply to face and leave on for 10-15 minutes for smoothness, freshness of skin. It will help fade uneven complexion.

Add the contents of a tea bag with your morning facial cleanser for a glow!

Over time, the green tea will protect the skin from sun damage, reduce psoriasis, reduce redness and inflammation and prevent wrinkles.

Green tea is best for relaxing mind and body but i read it contains caffeine so better not take at night

Sounds like good benefits. Too bad I've never liked green tea. I love just regular unsweetened tea though. I wonder if that has any health benefits.

I also heard that drinking 5+ cups of green tea a day will help weight loss. However, as a coffee love 5 cups of green tea a day seems a lot. I try to make a conscious effort to drink 1 or 2 cups a day. I haven't noticed how it helps with weight loss though.
