Thanks for the video! I can always appreciate great tips. I used to go to yoga weekly, but once winter came, I stopped going. Now it's time to get back into the routine and go... and I don't know where to start, lol.

This is just what l have been looking for! l will be doing these stretches everyday as l have been telling myself that l need to do my stretches but l just couldn't get started but seeing how easy it is l really have no excuse now.

Thanks for this, this really came at the perfect time. I have been so focused on my diet and nutrition and becoming overall healthy, but the problem is I lacked stretching. Now I have noticed when I go to squat my hip flexors are starting to hurt. I guess it is time to start incorporating more stretches into my routine.

Oh no! This is insane! I am an or I supposed I were until I tried stretching and other flexibility exercises to make myself flexible. They were so hard; I thought that they were easy or they would be easy for me because I am already athletic. But it didn't turn out like that. I gave up! But I will give it a try; I'll probably just start doing it little by little!

Good video. I rarely ever stretch before or after workouts. I definitely should though, it'd probably help the soreness a lot.

This is a great video. Stretching is one of the things I definitely need to do more of. I am very inflexible and notice it when I am working out.

In addition to stretching does any one foam roll? I recently started doing this and heard it helps loosen sore muscles? It hurts a ton, but after I do it I feel really good the next day.

Does anyone know how often you are supposed to do this?
