Ok... Let's take a step back to the 2007 Nationals:

Carol was stoked over her win.

I was too... but i wasn't satisfied.

The goal for this year was a shiny pro-card.

While her condition at Nationals was spot on... I wanted more... simply because I knew she had more in her.

...And I suspected that she'd need every ounce of conditioned talent that I could squeeze out of her, to make her dream a reality.

With 5 weeks to go... I pushed her harder than she'd ever been pushed before.

Her diet... I know, had to be the hardest she'd ever been on.

Cardio was kept high... Training, maniacal.

No cruising into the show for her.

The result?

Absolution!

I present unto you Carol King... IFBB Pro!!!!!

As you can see.. the most conditioned athlete in her class.

She did get a run for her money from her team-mate Tameisha... on her right.
