Default November's Fat-loss & Toning Challenge ~ #NastyNovember

You may have forgetten October's Leg soreness already.

Don't worry though, the Iron League is here to remind you of it... and provide a little bit extra :-)

The challenge this month? Pick one (or as many as you desire) of the day's prescribed exercises. Complete 50, 100, 250, or 500 reps of that exercise (as applicable to your level of fitness)




Workout Breakdown:
-50 reps ~ Beginners
- 100 reps ~ Intermediates
- 250 reps ~ Advanced
- 500 reps ~ Alien Predator from the Null Void

The Exercises/Days:
Day 1) Skipping, cat crawl, bear crawl

Day 2) Clean & Press, Pike push-ups, or Handstand push-ups.

Day 3) Sit-ups, Get-up Sit-ups, or v-Sits.

Day 4) Burpees

Day 5) Walking Lunge, step-ups, reverse lunge

Day 6) Wall push-ups, Feet-elevated push-up, Standard Push-ups, Plyometric Push-ups

Day 7) Plank Jacks, Power Jacks, Jumping jacks, or box jumps.

Day 8) Laying Leg Raises, Hanging Leg raises, or reverse crunches.

Day 9) Squat, Plyometric Squat, Rear Leg Lift, or Standing Side Leg Lift

Day 10) Mountain Climbers, Core press, or Inch Worms.

Day 11) Crunches, Decline Crunches, or Mason Twists.

Day 12) Pull-ups, Chin-ups, Inverted Rows, or Bent-Over Row.

Day 13) Kettlebell swings, Dumbbell Swings, or Wood Chops (also called woodchoppers).

Day 14) Skipping, cat crawl, bear crawl

Day 15) Wall push-ups, Feet-elevated push-up, Standard Push-ups, Plyometric Push-ups

Day 16) Partnered (piggyback or Fireman's) Carry, Farmer's Walk, or odd-object lift and walk.

Day 17) Plyometric Lunge, Bulgarian split squat, or Lateral Lunge.

Day 18) Jump Tucks, Plank and roll, Mule Kicks.

Day 19) Lateral Side Jumps, box jumps, stair climbing.

Day 20) Tricep Extensions, Dips (and variations)

Day 21) Skipping, cat crawl, bear crawl

Day 22) Clean & Press, Pike push-ups, or Handstand push-ups.

Day 23) Crunches, Decline Crunches, or Mason Twists.

Day 24) Sit-ups, Get-up Sit-ups, or v-Sits.

Day 25) Weighted Punches, Lateral raises, or Bent Lateral raise.

Day 26) Squat, Plyometric Squat, Rear Leg Lift, or Standing Side Leg Lift

Day 27) Wall push-ups, Feet-elevated push-up, Standard Push-ups, Plyometric Push-ups.

Day 28) Kettlebell swings, Dumbbell Swings, or Wood Chops (also called woodchoppers).

Day 29) Bulgarian Split Squats, Walking Lunges, Lateral Lunges, or Step-ups.

Day 30) Skipping, cat crawl, bear crawl


The rules?
- Only reps executed on or after November 1st count towards this month's totals. (So no... any Squats done in October won't 'carry over' to this challenge)
-Update your status (and/or post here on the event wall) w/ your daily/total rep total, as this'll help encourage others to keep up the good fight.
