Taken from last back workout of the year: 2006...
Deadlift: 405 x 5 raw. Using only a belt and some sponge.. no straps. I use sponge instead of chalk because my hands sweat. Couldn't use my straps because i had just gotten my new wrist tatt. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WuJeUiSEkwc |

So i played around with the stance a bit... til i arrived at pressing from the ball of my foot. The contraction i get at the top actually feels stronger than the tip-toe motion. Try it man. *thumbsup* |

It's honestly the BEST station i've ever used honestly. I've done a lot of improvized work since i started training 9 years back... especially when the groove of an exercise didn't 'feel right'. This exercise is the first to 'feel right'... like 100% right. -N p.s. will update with new vids when i start back training. |
